COVID-19 has hit the cultural sector in Japan and the Netherlands, making it difficult for those working in this field. International cultural exchanges and events have been severely affected, postponed or cancelled, and travel between the two countries has been restricted. Despite this, creative talents in both countries are exploring new ways of doing things and experimenting with new forms of collaboration and exchange.
